Mustard Custard Ltd is a data controller. This means we decide how and why we use personal information in connection with our business.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries sent to us through the website and to communicate with you about your enquiry. We may also keep a record of our correspondence where necessary.

What data we collect

You do not need to provide any personal information to use this site. There is no contact form, account registration, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

If you email us, we receive your email address and any other personal information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where necessary, keep a record of our correspondence.

Cloudflare provides the network and security services for this site. As part of providing those services, Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. Cloudflare operates a global network, so this information may be processed outside the UK. This processing is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We do not have access to Cloudflare’s individual connection logs. We receive only aggregate traffic statistics that do not identify individual visitors.

Your choice of light or dark theme is saved in your browser’s local storage so that the site can remember your preference. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Why we need your data

We use the personal data in your emails to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

This site is not designed for or targeted at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data about them.

Other websites we link to, such as LinkedIn and GitHub, have their own privacy notices, and this notice does not cover them.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct inaccurate information or erase it in certain circumstances. You may also have the right to ask us to restrict how we use your information, to object to our use of it, or to receive your information in a portable format where the law allows.
